How do I send a marketing email to my customers?

In addition to automated marketing campaigns, we also offer you the ability to create and send your own marketing campaigns. You can send an unlimited number of emails if you wish, although we don’t recommend spamming your guests with too many emails.

Here's how to create a new email marketing campaign:

Go to the Dashboard > Marketing > One-time

  1. Click on Send Email or Text > Send Email at the top




  2. Pick either Make it with AI or Make it yourself. Make it with AI is much faster!

  3. Choose the Occasion. This is what the email is about, e.g. Pizza Promo!, Valentines Day!, New Years Drinks are Half off!, etc




  4. You can also pick a menu item or a coupon if needed. Click Generate to have the AI make it! Once done, click Create at the top

    1. Note: Coupons and items are location-exclusive, so if you're sending this email to the entire brand, you cannot select either of those

  5. The system will ask for an Email Subject. This can be similar to the occasion and you should add the restaurant's name at the end, then click Create




  6. The next screen will allow you to manually change the text (if needed) or add new sections to include pictures or other content:




  7. Finally, you can click either Save as draft or Send at the top. If you send it, it will ask you to pick the day and time, then it sends it. You can then exit out of this screen as the process is done. Depending on how many guests you have on file, it can take anywhere from a few minutes to an hour for this to fully go out
