The Customers page in your Owner Dashboard shows who your guests are, how many are subscribed to your marketing, and how often they come back. It shows the last 30 days by default, and you can change the dates with the date picker at the top.
Insights tiles on the Customers page
The tiles across the top of the page summarize guest activity for the dates you've selected. Here's what each one counts.
New Customers: guests who signed up and placed at least one order in the selected dates. Signing up alone doesn't count.
Repeat Customers: guests whose account existed before the selected dates and who ordered during them. It counts guests who came back, not guests who ordered more than once.
New Subscribers: the net change in email and text opt-ins during the selected dates (opt-ins minus opt-outs).
Email Subscribers and Text Subscribers: your current opt-in counts. These are not filtered by date. A guest opted in to both appears in each, so don't add them together.
Columns on the Customers page
The guest table below the tiles shows these columns.
Name: the guest's first and last name. If the name is missing, it shows their email or phone instead.
Last Order: the date of the guest's most recent order. A refunded or canceled order still counts, so this date never moves backward.
Phone and Email: the contact details the guest has on file.
Points: the points the guest can redeem right now.
Marketing: shows Active if the guest is opted in to email or text, and Inactive only if both are off.
How your downloaded list differs from this page
The file you download isn't the same as the table on screen. It uses different column names and adds information:
It splits Marketing into separate Following Email and Following SMS columns.
It adds a Created date that isn't shown on screen.
The file has one row per guest in the filtered view. The tiles answer different questions, so the numbers won't line up:
New Customers leaves out guests who signed up but never ordered. Your file includes them.
Email and Text Subscribers aren't filtered by date, so they cover every guest. A date-filtered file only holds guests from those dates, which usually gives a smaller number.

FAQ
Are guests shared across my locations?
Are guests shared across my locations?
Yes. Guests are shared across your brand, with one record per phone number or email. Per-location figures only count orders at that location.
Why isn't a guest who ordered on my list?
Why isn't a guest who ordered on my list?
Anonymous orders don't create a guest record. A guest needs a phone number or email on the order to appear here.
Why is the page slow to load?
Why is the page slow to load?
Wide date ranges can be slow. The default 30-day view loads fastest.
