The website builder is where you edit everything on your Owner website. It works the same in your Owner Dashboard and the Owner App.

Open the website builder
Open the builder from your computer or your phone.
Owner Dashboard: go to Website › Pages.
Owner App: tap More, then Website.
What's in the builder
The Editor tab has three parts:
Quick actions at the top:
Update home page
Update navigation
Add menu PDF
Create custom page
Content: each feature on your website. A feature marked Off isn't showing on your website. Open it to turn it on and fill it in.
More:
Design: logo, colors, and fonts.
Settings: name, contact details, and social links.
Website tracking
Contact support
Manage events and Manage careers, if you use events or careers.
Here's what each item under Content does:
Item | What it does |
Featured menu items | Shows popular dishes on your homepage. Once you have steady online orders, it updates on its own to show your top sellers. |
Online ordering | Adds the Order online button so guests can order from your website. |
Menu PDFs | Adds PDF menus, with their own page and a link at the top of your website. |
Reservations | Lets guests book a table with Owner's reservation form or your own reservations link. |
Catering | Adds a catering page for catering orders or requests. |
Gift cards | Lets guests buy gift cards from your website. |
Events | Shows your upcoming events. |
Forms | Adds forms, like a contact form or a catering request form. |
Contact | Adds a contact page. |
Reviews | Shows guest reviews on your homepage. |
Rewards | Adds a rewards program section to your homepage, if you use Owner online ordering. |
Our story | Tells your restaurant's story on its own page and on your homepage. |
Careers | Adds a careers page where people can apply for jobs. |
Locations | Your location pages, with each location's details. |
Custom pages you create also show up in this list.
Save your changes
Each screen in the builder has its own Save button. Your changes go live on your website when you save.
Check your changes in the preview. Switch between Desktop and Mobile to see both.
Click Save. Changes can take a few minutes to show on your live website.
Click View live to open your live website.
ℹ️ Note: In the Owner App, tap View your website for a full-screen preview, then tap Back.
Let Owner Agent make changes for you
Owner Agent can edit your website from anywhere in the Owner Dashboard or Owner App. Inside the builder, it's also the Chat tab at the top. Tell it what you want in your own words, and it makes the change.
Open Ask Owner, or click Chat in the builder.
Type what you want. For example: "Make my brand color dark green" or "Rewrite our story to mention our family recipes."
Check the change in the preview, then approve it. Nothing changes on your website until you approve.
✅ Tip: You can upload photos in the chat, like a new logo, for Owner Agent to use. If you don't like a change, ask Owner Agent to undo it.
Owner Agent can't add website tracking codes or show you form responses. Use Website tracking and Forms for those. It also can't change your domain or SEO settings. For those, contact Owner Support.
