How do set your Restaurant Hours on the Owner Dashboard?

It's important to note that you can update your hours in the Kitchen App on the Owner tablet and on the Owner Dashboard.

This article focuses on how to quickly set and adjust your online operating hours through your Owner dashboard.

We'll show you how to:

  1. Navigate to Hours

  2. Set up Pickup and Delivery hours

  3. Set up & adjust multiple shifts per day


Please follow the instructions below:

  • First, log into your Owner dashboard.

  • Click on Restaurant on the top of the page

  • Then, click Hours using the left-side navigation bar.

  • Next, you'll see Hours at the top of the page. From this page you can:

    1. Toggle what location's hours you are adjusting.

    2. Click on Edit hours to adjust the Store hours, Delivery hours, and Pickup hours per day.

  • Once you click on Edit Hours you will see a toolbar pop out from the right side. From this tool bar you can do the following for the day you chose:

    1. Set a day to Closed

    2. Set a day to Open 24 hours

    3. Adjust the Store Hours

    4. Add different shifts for a day (e.g. Separate lunch and dinner hours)

    5. Set Pickup Hours that differ from your Store Hours

      1. To do this, click the checkmark labeled Same as store hours

    6. Set Delivery Hours that differ from your Store Hours

      1. To do this, click the checkmark labeled Same as store hours

    7. Always remember to click SAVE.

QUICK TIP:

  • If you have the same hours for multiple days, you can use the Save to multiple button to add these hours selected to multiple days.

    1. Simply checkmark the days that are the same.

    2. Click SAVE.
