How do I update my marketing preferences as a guest?

Steps for customer to opt-out of marketing associated with their email address and SMS number

  1. When on an ordering page, click on Login in the top right corner of the screen.

    1. Follow the steps to login to your account.

  2. Once logged in, click on the account icon in the top right corner of the screen and select Profile.

    1. If you are on a restaurant's Mobile App, choose Manage Account instead of Profile

  3. To opt-out of Email Marketing remove the checkmark by "Get emails with offers and discounts delivered straight to your inbox."

  4. To opt-out of SMS Marketing remove the checkmark by "Get text messages with offers and discounts delivered straight to your inbox."

  5. Click Save.

*It could take up to 48 hours for these changes to take effect
