Steps
Please follow these steps to change your Restaurant Opening Hours on the Owner.com Dashboard:
Log into your Owner.com Dashboard. Click on the Restaurant tab directly to the right of the Home tab.
Navigate to Hours on the left-hand side.
Click on Edit Hours next to the day you’d like to adjust.
Make the necessary changes under Store Hours. You can mark the restaurant Closed, Open 24hrs, or choose specific opening hours.
Below are the store hours. You will find separate pickup hours and delivery hours. If your hours for Pickup or Delivery differ from your regular opening hours, you can adjust these here. Otherwise, leave “Same as store hours” checked.
If your Store Hours are the same for multiple days of the week (e.g. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday are the same hours as Sunday), use the “Save to multiple” button to add these hours selected to multiple days.
Click Save.
Adding Special Hours:
Go to Restaurant > Hours. Scroll down to Special Hours.
Click Add Special Hours
Choose the date you’d like to change the hours for. If you’d like to close or change the hours on that date every year (e.g. Thanksgiving or Christmas), check “Every year.” You can mark the restaurant as Closed or choose specific opening hours for the Store, Pickup, and Delivery.
Click Save

When will this change take effect on the website? A/ Customers will immediately see the Opening Hours change on the website homepage.
Can I adjust Hours anywhere else?
A/ Yes, you can also adjust hours on the tablet. See: How do I update my hours on the Kitchen App on the Owner Tablet?
Can I use this feature to pause orders for a bit? A/ Yes. Using the Special Hours feature, you can close the restaurant for a specific time (eg. from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm). This will show your restaurant as closed until 6:00 pm.
