If a guest wants to check their Reward Points balance, this can be done either by them or you. Please see the steps below for more info:
You can check their balance by following these steps:
Go to the Owner Dashboard
Go to Home > Customers
Search for the customer and see the Points column
The guests can check their own balance by following these steps:
Go to the restaurant’s website
Click on Order Now located at the top-right
Click the little Person Icon at the top to login
Click on Rewards after you log in to see the info
