Steps:
On your Owner.com Dashboard, click on Restaurant on the left side of the page
Click on Menu
Click on Items
Search for the item you'd like to edit, and click on it
Under the Points to Redeem section, click on the dropdown menu
Select the point value you'd like to assign to the item
If you don't want it to be redeemed with reward points, choose Not Redeemable
Click Save Item in the top right corner of the page
Please note:
All new items are assigned a redeemable point value automatically based on our recommendation.
Customers earn 10 points per $1 spent. That means if an item is redeemable for 1,000 points - the customer will have to spend $100 within 6 months to earn that item. If the item is worth $10, that can be viewed as a 10% discount.
