You can check how many reward points a customer has at any time from your Owner Dashboard, or by the customer within your website.
Steps:
Navigate to your Owner Dashboard
Click on Customers on the left side of your screen
Search for the customer
You'll see the number of points they currently have under the Points column
Your customers can also check their own balance by following these steps:
Go to the restaurant’s website
Click the Order Online button located at the top right corner of the page
Click the Sign In button located at the top right corner of the page
Sign into your account
Click the button with your name on it, located at the top right corner of the page
Click the Rewards button
Here you'll see how many points you currently have, as well as a selection of menu items that you can redeem for X points
