You can check how many reward points a customer has at any time from your Owner Dashboard, or by the customer within your website.
Steps:
- Navigate to your Owner Dashboard 
 
 
- Click on Customers on the left side of your screen 
 
 
- Search for the customer 
 
 
- You'll see the number of points they currently have under the Points column 
 
 
Your customers can also check their own balance by following these steps:
- Go to the restaurant’s website 
 
 
- Click the Order Online button located at the top right corner of the page 
 
 
- Click the Sign In button located at the top right corner of the page 
 
 
- Sign into your account 
 
 
- Click the button with your name on it, located at the top right corner of the page 
 
 
- Click the Rewards button 
 
 
- Here you'll see how many points you currently have, as well as a selection of menu items that you can redeem for X points
