The list needs to be in a CSV format
The CSV must contain separate columns for First Name, Last Name, Email, and/or Phone Number
It's much better if they have both email address and phone number, but not mandatory. The system will only require one of them.
If the first or last name is missing, you will need to add some kind of placeholder there. However, the email or phone number must be real.
Steps:
Once the list is ready, go to your Owner Dashboard and click on Customers
Click on Import
This will start a 4-step process:
The Import will happen and you will get a results screen.
Once the Import is done, the page will show how many rows were successful and how many failed. The most common reasons for failed rows include:
Duplicate rows
Rows lacking a value
Rows with invalid characters
