Forms let you collect information from guests on your website, like contact requests, event inquiries, or catering leads. You build a form in Website › Forms, then add it to a page on your site.
✅ Short on time? Ask Owner Agent to build a form for you. Open Ask Owner in your Owner Dashboard or Owner App.
Create a form
Start from a template or a blank form. You can change everything later.
Go to Website › Forms and click Create.
Select a template: Contact, Event, Catering, or Blank. A preview shows on the right.
Click Create.
Enter a Form name, an Introduction, and the text for the Submit button.
Add and arrange fields
Each form is a list of fields. The preview on the right shows what guests will see.
Click Add field.
Choose a field type, then click Add.
Drag fields to change their order. Select a field to edit it.
Field types come in 3 groups:
Contact information: Name, Email, Phone Number, Address, and Location Picker.
Questions: Text Field, Date & Time, Single Choice, Multiple Choice, and Checkbox, like a consent agreement.
Content: Heading and Paragraph, to organize your form and add instructions.
✅ Tip: Want a field to show only for certain answers? Edit the field and use Show conditionally. It works with a Single Choice field above it.
Publish your form and add it to a page
Your changes aren't live until you publish. A new form isn't on your website until you add it to a page.
Click Publish, then confirm. This updates the form everywhere it's used.
To put a new form on your website, click Add to Website. Your website Pages open.
Open the page you want, add a section, and choose Form.
Select your form, then save the page.
You can add a form to a page anytime from Website › Pages. You can use the same form on more than one page.
ℹ️ Note: If you leave the editor before publishing, you'll be asked whether to discard your unpublished changes.
View and export responses
Every response is saved with its form, so you can read it anytime or download them all.
Go to Website › Forms and click the form. Its Submissions list opens.
Click a response to see all of the guest's answers. From there, you can Mark Unread.
To download all responses as a CSV file, click Export.
✅ Tip: Click Edit Form to edit the form from its Submissions page.
Delete a form
⚠️ Deleting a form also deletes all of its responses. This cannot be undone. Export them first if you need to keep them.
Go to Website › Forms.
Check the Status column. It shows which pages use the form, or Not used.
Click the trash icon next to the form, then confirm.
Choose who gets form responses
Everyone on your team who can view form submissions gets an email and a push notification for each response. Each person can change this in Settings › Notifications, under Website forms.
To also send responses to someone who isn't on your team, like a catering manager:
Go to Settings › Notifications and click Manage recipients.
Click Add and enter their Email.
Choose Forms, then pick the locations and forms they should get.
Click Save.
Reply directly to a guest
When you get a form response email, reply to it directly. The guest's email is the reply-to address, so your reply goes straight to them. This doesn't apply to review or feedback emails, which reply to Owner Support.
✅ Tip: Form responses also show up in your Inbox, where you can reply by email or text. See Manage form submissions in Owner Inbox.
