Why isn't an item showing on the menu?

An item may be missing from your menu if it's not available or not added to a visible category.

There are two main reasons why an item might not appear on your live menu:

1. The item is marked as unavailable.

Make sure the item is set to Available in your dashboard. (How to set an item as available or unavailable.)

2. The item isn't in a visible category.

Items must be assigned to a category included on your menu. If it's not in a listed category, guests won't see it. (How to create a menu category.)

ℹ️ Menu changes are applied instantly. If you don't see updates right away, try opening the site in a private browser window or clearing your cache.
