There are two main reasons why an item might not appear on your live menu:
1. The item is marked as unavailable
Make sure the item is set to Available in your dashboard. If it’s marked as unavailable, it won’t show on your menu. (Learn how to set an item as available or unavailable.)
2. The item isn't in a visible category
Items must be assigned to a Category that is currently included on your menu. If it's not in a listed category, it won’t be visible to customers. (Learn how to create a menu category.)
ℹ️ Menu changes are applied instantly. If you don’t see updates on your website right away, try opening the site in a private browser window or clearing your cache and cookies.
