When guests place an order, they have the option to leave a tip at checkout.
Here's how those tips are distributed, depending on the type of order:
Pickup orders: 100% of the tip goes to the restaurant.
In-house delivery: 100% of the tip goes to the restaurant.
Third-party delivery
The driver receives up to 20% of the order subtotal.
Any tip amount above 20% goes to the restaurant.
ℹ️ Example: If the order subtotal is $10 and the guest tips $3
Driver receives: $2 (20% of $10)
Restaurant receives: $1 (remaining amount)

You can view how tips are split on each order in the Owner Dashboard or on your tablet.
