How do I add, reorder, or remove items in a category on the Owner POS and Owner Tablet?

Manage which items appear in a category and control the order guests see them in.

1. Tap Menu in the side navigation.

2. Tap the category you want to manage in the sidebar.


Add items to a category

1. Tap Add existing items at the bottom of the item list.

2. Search or browse the list, then check each item you want to add.

3. Tap Save.

✅ To create a brand-new item instead, tap Create new item. Enter a name, description, and price, then save.


Reorder or remove items

1. Tap the menu in the top-right corner of the category screen.

2. Tap Reorder and remove items.

3. Drag items into the order you want.

4. To remove an item from this category, tap the X next to it.

5. Tap Save.

ℹ️ Removing an item from a category doesn't delete the item itself. It just takes it out of this particular category.
