How do I change a category's availability on the Owner POS and Owner Tablet?

Control whether a category is visible to guests by setting it to available, unavailable until tomorrow, or unavailable indefinitely.

Each category has an availability control that determines whether guests can see it and order from it.

1. Tap Menu in the side navigation.

2. Tap the category you want to update in the sidebar.

3. Tap the availability button near the top of the category screen.

4. Choose one of the following options:

What it does

Available

The category is live. Guests can see it and order from it.

Unavailable until tomorrow

Hides the category now. It automatically becomes available again at your next opening time.

Unavailable

Hides the category until you manually turn it back on.

ℹ️ Making a category unavailable hides it and all its items from guests. The items themselves aren't changed, so they'll reappear when you make the category available again.
