Inviting Owner.com to your Apple Developer account lets us deploy and update your app for you. You add us as a user once, using the email address your launch specialist gave you.
⚠️ Before you start: sign in as an admin or the account holder of your Apple Developer account. Only they can add new users.
Invite Owner.com as a user
Go to Users and Access in App Store Connect and sign in.
If you see any terms of service prompts, accept them.
On the Users and Access page, click the blue plus button (+) above your list of users.
In the New User window, enter these details, then click Next:
First name: Owner
Last name: Manager
Email: the address your launch specialist gave you. It looks like app-manager-##@owner.ninja.
Roles: Admin
⚠️ Enter the exact email your launch specialist gave you. If you invite a different address, we cannot access your account to update your app.
Click Invite.
ℹ️ That's it. We'll accept the invite on our end, so you don't need to do anything else.
