Four reports show what's selling on your menu. You'll find them all under Sales on the Reports page of your Owner Dashboard.

  • Item Sales: your best-selling items.

  • Option Group Sales: the options guests add most, like toppings or sizes.

  • Product Mix: your whole menu in one table, from categories down to single options.

  • Sales by Category: which menu categories bring in the most.

ℹ️ Options and option groups are also known as modifiers and modifier groups.

Item Sales

A chart shows your top 10 items by sales. Below it, a table lists up to 200 items, sorted by total sales. The columns are:

  • Item and Category

  • Quantity Sold: how many times the item sold.

  • Total Sales: how much the item brought in.

The report opens on the last 4 weeks. Use the date picker at the top to change it. Item Sales counts the items only. Money from options, like extra cheese, shows in Option Group Sales.

Option Group Sales

Use this report to see which options guests pick, like the most popular topping, or whether more guests choose small or medium.

  • The chart, Top Option Groups by Quantity Sold, shows your 10 most-ordered option groups.

  • The table lists every option group with its Quantity Sold and Total Sales. Click a group to see the options inside it.

  • Pick Today, This Week, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, or Custom. The report opens on Last 7 Days.

⚠️ A custom date range can't be longer than 31 days.

If two option groups on your menu have the same name, each one shows on its own row.

Product Mix

Product Mix shows your whole menu in one table, from categories down to single options.

⚠️ Select a single location first. Product Mix doesn't load when you're viewing all locations.

The table shows your menu as levels you can open, like Starters › French fries › Add gravy › Miso gravy. Every level adds up into the one above it. For each row you'll see Qty Sold, Avg Price, and Gross Sales.

  • The report opens on categories and items. Click Tiers to add or remove Menus, Categories, Items, Option Groups, and Options.

  • Check Show percentages to see each row's share of your quantity sold and gross sales.

Use it to spot your bestsellers and slow movers, back up pricing changes with real sales, and plan inventory.

Sales by Category

Sales by Category shows which menu categories bring in the most.

⚠️ Select a single location first. Sales by Category doesn't appear in the Reports list when you're viewing all locations.

Each row is one menu category. The columns are:

  • Category: the menu category. Custom items show as Uncategorized.

  • Items Sold: how many different items in that category sold.

  • Qty: how many units sold.

  • Item + Option Sales: sales from the items and their options, before discounts.

  • % of Total: the category's share of these sales.

Because discounts aren't taken out, the total can be higher than your net sales. An item that sits in more than one category is counted once. To see one channel, like POS or Website, use the All channels filter. The report opens on the last 4 weeks.

Export the reports

Click Export in the top right corner of any of these reports. Item Sales, Option Group Sales, and Sales by Category download as a CSV. Product Mix downloads a ZIP file with one CSV for each level, plus one with all levels together.
