These two reports show how many people visit your online ordering site and how many of those visits end in an order. Use them to see where guests drop off before they order.
Open the reports
In your Owner Dashboard, click Reports.
Under Website, select Website Visitors. Under Orders, select Order Conversion.
Both open on the last 30 days. Use the date picker at the top to change it.
Website Visitors
A chart shows your visits over time. Each row in the table is one day:
Count: visits to your online ordering site. A visit ends after 1 hour with no activity.
Orders Placed: visits that ended in an order.
Customers Acquired: visits where a new guest ordered from you for the first time.
Order Conversion
The chart shows the first three steps. Below it, you'll see:
Items Added: visits where a guest added something to their cart.
Checkout: visits that reached the checkout page.
Order Placed: visits that ended in an order.
Total Count: all visits to your ordering site.
Total Percentage: the share of all visits that ended in an order, rounded to a whole number.
For example, if Total Count is 4,101 and Order Placed is 495, your Total Percentage is 12%.
ℹ️ Note: Both reports count visits, not people. A guest who visits your site twice counts as 2 visits.
