Apple requires every app that takes Apple Pay to accept its Apple Pay terms. You accept them in your Apple Developer account. When Apple updates the terms, you'll see an alert in your Owner dashboard.
⚠️ Your app stays live while the terms are pending, but Apple requires this agreement for any app that takes Apple Pay. Accept it soon so Apple Pay keeps working in your app.
Accept the Apple Pay terms
Go to developer.apple.com and click the account icon in the top right.
Sign in with the email linked to your Apple Developer account.
Open your Merchant IDs list.
Click the ID named Owner managed merchant ID.
Click the notice to review the Apple Pay Platform Web Merchant Terms and Conditions.
Read the terms and click Agree.
