After you log in, your Owner Dashboard and the Owner App show one brand and its locations at a time. Switch to see another brand or location, all with the same login.

Switching brands: multi-brand owners only
Switching locations: multi-location brands only
From your Owner Dashboard
Both options are in the brand menu, next to your brand name at the top left of your dashboard.
Switch brands
Click your brand name at the top left.
Click Switch brand.
Select the brand you want to manage.
ℹ️ Note: Any changes you make apply only to the brand you're viewing.
Switch locations
How you switch depends on how many locations your brand has. Start by clicking your brand name at the top left.
If your brand has two to five locations, your locations are listed right in the menu. Click the one you want to manage.
If your brand has more than five locations, click Switch location, then select the location you want to manage.
✅ Tip: Choose All locations to see every location at once.
From the Owner App
Open the location picker.
Tap Switch brand or Switch location.
Select the brand or location you want to manage.
If a brand or location is missing
You only see the brands and locations your login can access. If you're missing a location at your own brand, ask someone with the Manage users permission to update your Locations access. To get access to another brand, the main contact on your Owner account needs to contact Owner support. For security, we can only make brand access changes when the request comes from them.
