Add devices as your restaurant grows, like another kitchen display or a self-order kiosk. You buy them and track their delivery in Hardware in your Owner Dashboard, one location at a time.

Availability: All Owner customers
Access: Hardware access to the shop, and billing access to see Previous orders (Admin by default)
Before you start
Owner tablets only work with Star Micronics printers. If you plan to use a printer you already have, check that it's a Star Micronics model before you buy.
Open Hardware
Hardware is managed separately for each location, so pick the right one first.
Click Hardware in the left sidebar.
If you see Select a location to continue, choose the location you're buying for.
Click Hardware store to shop, or Your hardware to see the devices at this location.
Choose your hardware
The store groups devices by type. Each device has its own options.
Choose a category, like Kitchen displays or Kiosks.
Choose your options on the device. For a Kitchen display (KDS), these are:
Screen size: the size of the display, from 11" to 27".
Printer: With printer adds a printer to your order. Without printer is the display only.
Mount: how the display sits, on a Tabletop stand or a Wall mount. You can also choose No mount.
Click Add to cart.
Use + and - to set the quantity. You can order up to 20 of each item.
Tip: The total on the Continue to checkout button updates as you change options.
Check out
Checkout shows your items, where they ship, and the amount due today.
Click Continue to checkout.
Confirm your Shipping address.
Check your items and the Due today total. Tax is added to this amount.
Confirm your payment method under Payment, then place your order.
Track your order
Previous orders show your hardware purchases and shipment tracking for this location.
Click Hardware in the left sidebar.
Click Previous orders.
Find your order to see its tracking.
Note: New orders can take a moment to appear. If you see No hardware orders yet right after you buy, check again in a few minutes.

Can I use a printer I already own?
Can I use a printer I already own?
Yes, if it's a Star Micronics printer. Printers from other brands cannot connect to your Owner tablet. If you're not sure about your model, contact Owner support before you buy.

No. Each Owner tablet connects to one printer. To add another printing station, buy a device With printer.
