Let guests book a table right from your website. Use Owner's reservation request form, or link to a booking service you already use, like OpenTable or Resy.
✅ Short on time? Ask Owner Agent to set up reservations on your website for you. Open Ask Owner in your Owner Dashboard or Owner App.
Requirements
Website reservations are not included in the Boost plan.
Choose how guests book
In your website builder, under Content, click Reservations. Under Reservation type, you have two options:
Owner.com: Guests send you a reservation request through a form on your website.
Third-Party: Guests book through a service you already use, like OpenTable or Resy.
With Owner's form or OpenTable's booking form, a Reservations section also shows on your homepage. To remove it, turn off Show section on homepage, then click Save.
Use Owner's reservation form
Guests fill out a form with their name, contact details, date, preferred time, party size, and location. It's a request, so you contact the guest to confirm.
In your website builder, under Content, click Reservations.
Turn on Show on website.
Under Reservation type, choose Owner.com.
Click Save. A Reservations page with the form is added to your website.
ℹ️ Note: Reservation requests arrive like your other form responses: by email, in your Inbox, and in Website › Forms. Learn more in Manage form submissions in Owner Inbox.
Link to your booking service
Use this if you already take reservations on another service. Your website gets a Reservations link that opens your booking page.
In your website builder, under Content, click Reservations, and turn on Show on website.
Under Reservation type, choose Third-Party.
Paste the web address of your booking page into Reservations link.
Using OpenTable? You can show its booking form on your Reservations page instead of a link. Paste your OpenTable restaurant ID into OpenTable code. It's the number after rid= in your OpenTable widget code, like 123456. Paste only the number. Can't find your widget code? See OpenTable's guide to the reservation widget.
Click Save.
ℹ️ Note: Reservations made on another service are managed in that service, not in Owner.
Show your booking widget on any page
Want guests to book right from your homepage or another page? Add a Reservations section with your booking widget. This works with Resy, SeatNinja, and OpenTable.
In your Resy, SeatNinja, or OpenTable account, copy your booking widget code.
In your website builder, click Update home page, or open a custom page.
Click Add section, then choose Reservations.
Under Provider type, choose OpenTable, Resy, or SeatNinja.
Paste the whole widget code into Widget code. The Provider ID (and the API key for Resy and SeatNinja) fill in on their own.
Click Save.
ℹ️ Note: If you see "Code snippet must be a valid Resy code snippet" (or SeatNinja or OpenTable), check that you chose the right Provider type and pasted the full code from that service.
Make Reservations your main button
Your website's main button says Order online while online ordering is on. If you turn off online ordering and set up reservations, the button changes to Reservations on its own.
ℹ️ Note: The main button's wording can't be changed.
