How to Steps:

  1. From your Owner.com Dashboard Home screen, click on Restaurant.

  2. Click on Orders.

  3. Look for the order you want to adjust.

  4. Click on the hand with a $ sign icon to the right of the order

  5. Enter a Refund or Charge amount

  6. Enter a Description

  7. Click Refund or Charge Additional
