Clearing the Kitchen App's storage can help with many issues, such as the app saying "loading location", one of the tabs on the app not loading, or any other general app issues.
There are two ways to clear the storage. Please follow the following instructions:

Swipe down from the top of the screen to reveal a menu with wifi, bluetooth settings, etc.
Swipe down a second time to bring down even more settings
Look for the small settings icon (looks like a gear) in either the bottom right, or top right corner
Click on Storage
Look for Apps (it may also say more/other apps)
Click Kitchen, which is usually near the top.
Click on Clear Storage and Ok on the pop-up.
You will then need to log back into the Kitchen App by using your device code
