How do I connect the Owner tablet & printer for the first time?

​1. Turn off all other bluetooth devices, including other printers.

2. Plug the printer in and install paper (roll from under). A blue light should turn on.

​3. Turn on your tablet.

​4. On the home screen, select Settings > Wi-Fi Settings and connect to your Wi-Fi

​5. Go back to the home screen.

​6. Open Settings > Bluetooth Settings

Search for a printer starting with TSP-100 under Available Devices. Tap to pair the devices.

​8. Go to the home screen and open the Kitchen App

Enter your device code (case-sensitive).

ℹ️ To locate your device code, log into dashboard.owner.com and select Settings (gear icon) at the bottom of the left navigation, then click Devices under Location settings. ​Click on the eye icon to display the code.


10. Locate the volume buttons (either on the side or top of the tablet) and set the volume to your desired level.

​11. In the Kitchen App, go to Settings > Printers

Find the TSP-100 printer. Tap it until it's connected.

​13. Make sure the Print Ticket Automatically and Show Option Group toggles are both ON

ℹ️ Turn on Print Receipt Automatically if you'd like pricing and delivery address to show.


​14. Your printer is now connected!
