A: No - customers will always receive 10 points per dollar spent
Q: Can I change the number of points needed to redeem an item?
A: Yes - you can adjust the number of points and choose from a range between 250 points - 3,000 points
Q: Does Owner's Loyalty Program work for dine-in or phone orders?
A: Our loyalty program is only built and meant for online ordering
You can manually add points to a customer's account manually if you desire (by contacting Owner Support)
Q: Can I import my current loyalty program into the Owner's system?
A: Yes - when joining Owner, you can provide us with your customer list that includes the number of points the customer has (must also include the customers phone numbers. We will be able to upload their current point amount.
Please note that the Owner Loyalty Program won't fully sync with other loyalty programs you currently use.
Q: Do loyalty points expire?
A: Yes - loyalty points expire 6 months after they are earned.
When a guest uses points to redeem a free item, the oldest points in their account are used first.
