How do I bulk hide or restore unavailable menu items in the Owner app?

Keep your menu accurate during a rush by using the Unavailable Items view to turn several items on or off at once.

1. Open the Menu tab

You will see your current menu with its categories and a counter that shows how many items are unavailable.

2. Jump into Unavailable Items

At the top of any category list, tap Unavailable Items. This opens a filterable list of every hidden product, option, or modifier in the menu. No more hunting category by category.

3. Select what you want to change

  • Single‑select an item or option group to toggle its availability.

  • Multi‑select several entries (long‑press, then tap additional items) to hide or restore them together.

4. Confirm your update

As soon as you flip the toggle, the change is live on your website, mobile app, and in‑house ordering. There is no separate Save step.

Tips & troubleshooting:

  • Use the search bar inside Unavailable Items to jump straight to “Cheddar Cheese” or any modifier.

  • Looking for an entire category? Switch back to the main Menu view, tap Edit, then hide or delete the category.

  • If an item still appears to guests, double‑check that you are on the correct location and menu (for example, Catering vs Default).
