Log in to your Owner dashboard and click Reports in the left-side navigation.
Understanding Available Reports
1. Sales
Track your revenue, payouts, tips, taxes, fees, and more, all in one place.
Report | What it shows |
Total Sales | Complete breakdown of all sales |
Payouts | When and how much money moved from Stripe to your bank account |
Payments By Type | Sales, taxes, tips, and fees broken down by payment method |
Third Party Savings | Commission savings from converting third-party delivery orders to direct orders |
Tips | Tips collected for in-house staff and third-party delivery drivers |
Average Order Value | Your average order amount over time |
Sales Attributed to Email, SMS & More | Revenue driven by marketing campaigns |
Taxes | Tax collected over time |
Gift Card Purchases | Gift cards sold |
Gift Card Charges | Gift cards redeemed |
Coupon Usage | Discounts applied via coupons |
Fees | Full breakdown of all fees and tips |
ℹ️ Note: Payouts typically appear 2 business days after a guest pays, based on your Stripe payout schedule. Fees also take approximately 2 business days to appear, after payouts reach your bank.
