What each report shows

Sales: your Number of orders, Net sales, In-house tips, and Total amount collected. Below that, a breakdown shows gross sales, discounts, sales tax, tips, and guest-paid fees.
Payment methods: how guests paid, split into Card, Cash, and Third Party, with sales, tax, tips, and fees for each.
Order channels: orders and sales from each channel. That's 3rd Party (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub), PoS (dine in, takeout, delivery), Web, and App.
Tips: in-house tips for pickup, delivery, dine-in, and to-go orders, plus tips for third-party delivery drivers.
ℹ️ Note: Item-level sales, like your best sellers, are only in your Owner Dashboard.

Don't see Reports?
Reports only shows on a POS station. If you're on a POS station and still don't see it, your tablet needs the View reports permission. Turn it on from your Owner Dashboard.
In your Owner Dashboard, go to Settings › Stations and tablets › Tablet permissions.
Check View reports.
Click Save.
Close and reopen the app on your POS.
ℹ️ Note: This setting applies to every tablet at that location. If you have more than one location, turn it on for each one.
