How do I add a custom item to an order on the Owner POS and Owner Tablet?

Custom items let you add a one-off product to the cart that isn't on your menu. You set the name and price manually.

Custom items are useful for one-time specials, adjustments, or anything a guest requests that isn't on the menu.

1. Open the Checkout screen and start or continue an order.

2. Tap Actions at the top of the cart.

3. Tap Add custom item.

4. Enter a name for the item.

5. Enter the price.

6. Add any special instructions if needed. This is optional.

7. Tap Done. The item appears in the cart like any regular menu item.

โš ๏ธ Custom items don't sync to your menu. They only apply to this order.
