How do I take a phone order on the Owner POS and Owner Tablet?

Use the Phone channel in Checkout to enter an order for a guest who called the restaurant. You can take pickup or delivery orders, add the guest's contact info, and schedule for a future time.

1. Tap Checkout in the left menu.

2. Tap Phone at the top of the cart.

3. Choose Pickup or Delivery.

4. Tap Add customer to enter the guest's phone number.

ℹ️ Phone number is optional for pickup orders and required for delivery. If the guest has ordered before, their name and saved delivery address fill in automatically.

5. For delivery orders, confirm or enter the delivery address after adding the phone number.

⚠️ You can't complete a delivery order without a delivery address. The Checkout button won't proceed until one is added.

6. Tap ASAP if the order is for right now. Tap it again to choose a future date and time.

7. Add items by browsing the menu categories or tapping Search.

8. Tap the green Checkout button to move to payment.
