How do I copy an order to a new cart on the Owner POS and Owner Tablet?

Copy an existing order to start a new cart with the same items. Useful when a guest wants to reorder or when you need to recreate a similar order.

ℹ️ Copy isn't available on unpaid or cancelled orders.

1. Open the Orders screen and tap the order you want to copy.

2. Tap Copy in the actions row, or tap the Actions menu ("...") and then tap Copy.

⚠️ Copying replaces your current cart. If you have items in Checkout, they'll be cleared.

3. Tap Copy to confirm.

4. The items load into a new cart on the Checkout screen.

ℹ️ If any items from the original order are no longer on your menu, they'll be skipped. You'll see a message showing how many items were added and how many were skipped.
