How do I change an option group's availability on the Owner POS and Owner Tablet?

Control whether an option group and its individual options are available to guests by toggling availability from the option group screen.

ℹ️ Options and option groups are also known as modifiers and modifier groups.


Change the entire group's availability

1. Tap Menu in the side navigation.

2. Navigate to any item that uses the option group and tap the group in the list.

3. Tap the availability button near the top of the screen.

4. Choose one of the following options:

Option

What it does

Available

The group is live. Guests can see and select from it.

Unavailable until tomorrow

Hides the group now. It comes back at your next opening time.

Unavailable

Hides the group until you manually turn it back on.


Toggle individual options

You can also hide a single option without affecting the rest of the group:

1. Open the option group.

2. Use the availability switch next to any option in the list.

ℹ️ Making an option group unavailable hides it on every item that uses it. Toggling a single option hides just that choice everywhere the group appears.
