How do I connect or remove a printer on the Owner POS and Owner Tablet?

Pair a printer to your device, or unpair one, from Settings > Station so you can print receipts and tickets.

⚠️ Before you start, make sure your printer is plugged in, powered on, and that Bluetooth is turned on on your device.


Connect a printer

1. Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner of your device.

2. Tap Settings, then tap Station.

3. Tap the Printer icon on the device diagram.

4. Pick how you want to connect:

  • Bluetooth

  • USB

  • Internet (Wi-Fi)

5. Tap your printer when it appears in the list.

6. Tap Pair when prompted.

✅ Once connected, your printer shows a Connected status. Run a test print to confirm everything's working.


Remove a printer

Remove a printer when you want to swap it for a different one or stop using it on this station.

1. Tap the menu icon, then tap Settings > Station.

2. Tap the Printer icon on the device diagram.

3. Tap Remove.

ℹ️ Removing a printer here unpairs it from this station. It does not delete it from your device's Bluetooth settings.
