⚠️ You need a connected printer for these settings to work.
Open printing settings
1. Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner of your device.
2. Tap Settings, then tap Station.
3. Tap Printing.
Receipts & Tickets
These settings apply to both receipts and tickets.
1. Number of copies. Pick how many copies print for each order, from 1 to 5.
2. Show option group names. Turn this on to print the option group name above each option (for example, "Size: Large" instead of just "Large").
ℹ️ Options and option groups are also known as modifiers and modifier groups.
Receipts
Choose when receipts print automatically and how they look.
1. Print orders placed online. Auto-print receipts for orders coming in from your website or marketplaces.
2. Print orders from this station. Auto-print receipts for orders taken on this station.
3. Print orders from other stations. Auto-print receipts for orders taken on other stations at your location.
4. Font size. Pick Small, Medium, or Large.
ℹ️ Some versions show a single Print receipts toggle instead of the three auto-print options. Turn it on to auto-print all receipts.
Tickets
Set how kitchen tickets print.
1. Print tickets. Turn ticket printing on or off.
2. Font size. Pick Small, Medium, or Large.
✅ Changes save automatically as you toggle or pick them.
