ℹ️ A restricted zone is an area where you don't deliver, like a neighborhood that's hard to reach. Restricted zones take priority over any other zone that would normally cover that address.
Create a restricted zone
1. Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner of your device.
2. Tap Settings, then tap Delivery.
3. Tap New Delivery Zone, then pick Online ordering or Catering.
4. Toggle Allow delivery in this zone off.
5. Pick an Area Type to define the restricted zone:
Distance | A a circle around your restaurant |
Zip code | Every address in a specific zip cod |
Custom area | Contact Owner Support to set up |
6. Pick the radius or type the zip code that defines the area.
7. Tap Create Restricted Zone.
