How do I add a delivery zone on the Owner POS and Owner Tablet?

Create a new delivery zone for online ordering or catering from Settings > Delivery so guests in that area can order delivery.

1. Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner of your device.

2. Tap Settings, then tap Delivery.

3. Tap New Delivery Zone, then pick the zone type:

  • Online ordering for regular delivery orders.

  • Catering for catering orders only.

4. Pick a Provider Type:

DoorDash

DoorDash drivers fulfill the delivery

Uber Eats

Uber Eats drivers fulfill the delivery

In-house

Your own staff handles delivery

5. Pick an Area Type:

Distance

A circle around your restaurant

Zip code

Every address in a specific zip code

Custom area

A custom-drawn polygon

ℹ️ To set up a custom area, contact Owner Support at [email protected]. Custom polygons can't be drawn on the device.

6. If you picked Distance, tap the Distance dropdown and pick a radius. If you picked Zip code, type the zip code.

7. Set Minimum Order Amount, the smallest subtotal a guest needs to qualify for delivery in this zone.

8. If your provider is In-house, set Fee, what guests pay for delivery.

9. Tap Create Zone.

ℹ️ Zones are matched in priority order. The first zone that covers a guest's address determines whether delivery is available and which provider fulfills it.
