⚠️ Tiered fees only apply to catering zones with In-house as the provider. Online ordering zones use a single flat fee.
Set up tiered delivery fees
1. Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner of your device.
2. Tap Settings, then tap Delivery.
3. Tap New Delivery Zone and pick Catering, or tap an existing catering zone to edit it.
4. Pick Provider Type, then tap In-house.
5. Under Delivery fees, tap Add delivery fee to add a tier.
6. Tap the Order spend cell to enter the minimum order value for this tier.
7. Tap the Delivery fee cell to enter what guests pay for orders in that tier.
8. Repeat steps 5–7 for each tier you want.
9. Tap Update Zone (or Create Zone if this is a new zone).
✅ A common tiered setup:
$0–$299 = $25
$300–$699 = $40
$700+ = $60
Remove a tier
Tap the trash icon next to the tier you want to remove.
ℹ️ At least one tier needs to stay in place. The trash icon is disabled if only one tier is left.
