ℹ️ Special hours override your regular store hours and your online ordering hours for a single date. Use them for holidays, closures, or one-off events.
Add special hours
1. Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner of your device.
2. Tap Settings, then tap Hours.
3. Tap Special hours.
4. Tap Add special hours.
5. Tap the date field and pick the date you want to override.
6. Pick the state for that date:
Open | Set custom start and end times for that day |
Open 24 hours | Open all day |
Closed | Closed all day |
7. If you picked Open, set the start and end times.
8. To make this repeat every year on the same date (for example, Christmas), check Repeat every year.
9. Tap Save.
✅ Special hours are great for setting up holidays in advance. Use Repeat every year for fixed-date holidays like New Year's Day or July 4th so you only set them once.
