How do I set my online ordering hours on the Owner POS and Owner Tablet?

Set when guests can place pickup and delivery orders, either matching your store hours or on their own schedule, from Settings > Hours.

ℹ️ Online hours are the hours guests can place pickup or delivery orders. You can match them to your store hours, offset them, or set fully custom hours per day.


Open online hours

1. Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner of your device.

2. Tap Settings, then tap Hours.

3. Tap Online hours.

4. Pick the option that fits how you take online orders.


Same as store hours

Tap Same as store hours. Online ordering is open whenever your store is open. No other setup needed.


Offset from store hours

Use this to start accepting online orders before your store opens, or stop before it closes (or vice versa).

1. Tap Offset from store hours.

2. Under Start accepting orders, type the number of minutes or hours and pick the unit and timing (before open or after open).

3. Under Stop accepting orders, type the number and pick the unit and timing (before close or after close).

✅ Example: start accepting orders 30 minutes before open and stop accepting orders 30 minutes before close, so guests don't order food right at closing time.


Custom online hours

Use this when your online ordering schedule is completely different from your store hours.

1. Tap Custom.

2. Tap the day you want to set hours for.

3. Pick the state for that day:

Open

Set custom start and end times for online ordering

Open 24 hours

Take online orders all day

Closed

No online orders that day

4. If you picked Open, tap the start time and end time to set them.

5. To copy these hours to other days, tap Copy to multiple days, pick the days, then tap Save to multiple days.

ℹ️ Changes save automatically. If your online hours and store hours don't line up on a day, a note appears on the Store hours screen so you can spot it.
