A few things to know before you get started

Instant payouts and faster payments (T+1) aren't currently available with Owner Payments. If you rely on either to cover a shortfall or make payroll, plan ahead, and contact us with any questions.

If you enable Owner Payments, you may briefly see a few extra payouts while your account activates, as sales settle across your outgoing and incoming payment accounts. Every sale is accounted for, and this only happens once.

If you own more than one location, each one completes setup separately. Payouts from all your locations can go to the same bank account.

What happens to your current payment account

It stays open for a period of time after you move. Anything tied to an order from before you started using Owner Payments including disputes, refunds, past payout history, and tax documents will stay within that account. So don't delete it.
