The Home tab gives you a quick look at your sales, orders, marketing, top items, and Google ranking. It's the first page in your Owner Dashboard and in the Owner App on your phone.

Pick a time period

At the top, choose a time period:

  • Today

  • Yesterday

  • Last 7 days

  • Last 30 days

Each number is compared to an earlier period, shown under the dates, so you can see if you're up or down.

Net sales

Net sales is what you sold after discounts, before tax, tips, and fees. Below it, two lists split that number up, both in dollars.

By platform shows where orders were placed:

  • App (your Guest App) and Website

  • POS, Phone, AI Phone, and Kiosk

  • Grubhub, Doordash, and UberEats

ℹ️ Note: A platform with no sales in this period and the one before is hidden. App and Website always show.

By source shows what brought guests to your website or Guest App:

  • Campaigns (Email, SMS, & More): your Owner marketing campaigns.

  • Google SEO: guests who found you on Google.

  • Other campaigns: other tracked links, like a Facebook or Instagram post.

  • Direct Traffic: guests who typed your web address or opened your Guest App.

By source only counts online orders from your website and Guest App. POS, phone, kiosk, and marketplace sales aren't part of it, so its total is lower than your net sales.

Marketing subscribers

This section shows how your Owner marketing is reaching guests:

  • Marketing subscribers: how many guests can get your email and text campaigns right now. This number doesn't change with the time period.

  • Total messages sent: how many campaign messages went out in the time period you picked.

  • Upcoming automated campaigns: the next campaigns Owner will send for you, and when each one starts. Click one to see its details.

Click View campaigns to see all your campaigns. If automated marketing is off, you'll see a Turn on Automated Marketing button here instead of the campaign list.

Total orders

Total orders counts your completed orders from every channel. Next to it you'll see your Average order value and Tips.

This section has its own By platform list. It splits your sales by order type:

  • Pickup

  • In house delivery

  • Owner delivery

  • Third-party marketplace

These amounts are in dollars, not order counts.

Items and customers

This section covers your items and your guests:

  • Items: your Best selling items and Least selling items. Select a single location to see them.

  • Customers: how many of your guests were New customers and how many were Returning customers.

SEO position

SEO position shows where your restaurant ranks on Google when guests search for food like yours. Select a single location to see it.

  • SEO position: your overall ranking, like 3rd.

  • Top keywords: the searches we track for you, like "pizza near me."

  • Organic search: where you show up in regular Google results for that search. If you're not in the top 10, you'll see Not ranked top 10.

  • Map result: where you show up on the Google map for that search. If you're not in the top three, you'll see Not ranked top 3.

Below the list, you'll see when your ranking was last checked.

ℹ️ Note: If your Owner website is new, Google needs about 4 weeks to share accurate ranking data. Until then, this section shows a message instead of your ranking.
