These two reports show how many orders you get and how much guests spend per order, day by day. Use them to see whether a promotion or menu change is bringing in more orders or bigger ones.
Open the reports
Both reports are on the Reports page of your Owner Dashboard and open on the last 30 days.
In your Owner Dashboard, click Reports.
Select a report: Total Orders under Orders, or Average Order Value under Sales or Orders.
To pick another range, click the dates at the top. You can also show rows by day, week, or month there.
Total Orders
A chart shows your order count over time. Each row in the table is one day. The columns are:
Date: the day.
Count: paid orders from every channel.
Total Sales: sales from those orders after discounts, before tax, tips, and fees.
Average Order Value
Each row is one day. The columns are:
Date: the day.
Average Order Value: the average order amount that day, before discounts.
Total Sales: your sales that day, after discounts.
ℹ️ Note: Because the average is worked out before discounts, it can be a little higher than Total Sales divided by your number of orders.
For a quick check, your Home tab also shows your average order value under Total orders.
Export the reports
Click Export in the top right corner of either report to download it as a CSV.
