Two reports show how guests use your coupons and what they cost you. Both are under Sales on the Reports page of your Owner Dashboard.
Coupon Breakdown: what each coupon gave away in dollars, and which orders used it.
Coupon Usage: how many orders used each code, day by day.
Coupon Breakdown
Start here to see what your coupons cost. A chart shows the daily giveaway for your top five codes. The table has one row per code:
Code: the coupon code.
Coupon Uses: how many orders used it.
Subtotal Discounted: how much it took off food and drinks.
Delivery waived: delivery fees you covered with the coupon.
Total value: the two added together.
Click a code to see every order that used it, with the Date, Order, Customer, Discounted, and Delivery waived amount. Click Back to return to the list.
Only successful orders count. The report opens on the last 4 weeks and works across all your locations.
Coupon Usage
Coupon Usage shows how many orders used each code, day by day.
⚠️ Select a single location first. If you have more than one location, the report asks you to pick one.
A chart shows one line per coupon code. In the table, each row is a day and each column is a code. The numbers are how many orders used that code. There are no dollar amounts here, so use Coupon Breakdown for that.
Only coupons that still exist at the location show up. The report opens on the last 30 days. Click the dates at the top to change the range and to show rows by day, week, or month.
Export the reports
Click Export in the top right corner of either report to download it as a CSV. In Coupon Breakdown, you can also export the order list for a single code.
