Two reports track your gift cards. Both are under Sales on the Reports page of your Owner Dashboard.
Gift Card Purchases: the gift cards you sold.
Gift Card Charges: when guests used them to pay.
Gift Card Purchases
Each row is one day. The columns are:
Date: the day the gift cards were bought.
Number Sold: how many gift cards you sold.
Net Gift Card Sales: what you sold, minus the Owner fee and processing fee.
A Total row at the bottom adds up the dates you picked.
Gift Card Charges
Each row is one day. The Charges columns count how many times gift cards were used. The Revenue columns show the dollar amount.
In-Store Charges and In-Store Revenue: gift cards used at your restaurant.
Online Charges and Online Revenue: gift cards used on online orders.
Total Charges and Total Revenue: every gift card use that day, including charges you applied from your dashboard.
ℹ️ Note: Charges applied from your dashboard don't have their own column, so the totals can be higher than in-store plus online. Gift card purchases, refunds, and balance changes aren't counted here.
Change the dates or export
You can change the dates on either report and download it.
Set your dates with the date picker at the top of the page.
Click Export in the top right corner to download the report as a CSV.
