These two reports show where your new guests found you, like Google, Facebook, or your Owner marketing. Use them to see which channels bring in new guests.
ℹ️ Note: Both reports count new guests, not orders or dollars. For sales by source in dollars, check By source on your Home tab.
Open the reports
Both reports are on the Reports page of your Owner Dashboard.
In your Owner Dashboard, click Reports.
Under Sources, select New Orders By Source or New Customers By Source. New Orders By Source opens a page called Orders By Source.
Set your date range at the top of the page.
What the columns mean
Each column shows how many new guests came from that source in your dates.
Owner.com: your Owner marketing, like campaigns and promo cards. This column is only in New Orders By Source.
Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Yelp: guests who came from a link on that site.
Referral: guests who came through a referral. This column is only in New Customers By Source.
Other: guests with no source recorded. For example, they typed your web address, ordered in your Guest App, or used a search engine other than Google.
Export the reports
Click Export in the top right corner to download either report as a CSV.
