Four reports show how your Owner marketing is doing, from campaign sales to printed materials. You'll find them under Marketing on the Reports page of your Owner Dashboard.
Sales Attributed to Email, SMS, & More
This report counts an order when a guest clicks a link in an Owner email, text, or other campaign, then orders during that same visit. Each row is a day, and the columns are:
Email, Text, and Other: sales from each kind of link.
Sales: all three added together.
ℹ️ Note: Amounts are the order subtotal before discounts, without tax, tips, or fees. A guest who opens an email but doesn't click the link isn't counted.
Email Subscribers and Text Subscribers
These two reports work the same way, one for email and one for text. A chart shows two lines, and each row is a day:
New Subscribers: new sign-ups minus people who unsubscribed that day.
Total Subscribers: your total at the end of that day.
Your subscriber lists are shared across your whole brand, so these reports always show all locations, even when you've selected one.
Print shop performance
This report shows how your Print Shop materials, like flyers and table tents, are working. It counts QR code scans and the orders that came from them. The table columns are:
Material: Gift Card, Flyer, Sticker, Poster, Table Tent, or Promo Card.
Goal: what the material was made for, like Drive Online Orders, App Downloads, or Google Reviews.
Scans: how many times the QR code was scanned.
Attributed Orders and Attributed Sales: orders that came from the material, and their full total, including tax and tips.
Charts above the table show:
Scans by material.
Scans over time.
Which materials drove the most orders.
Only materials with activity show up. If you have more than one location, this report covers your whole brand, so view it with all locations selected.
Change the dates or export
All four reports use the same date and export controls.
These reports open on the last 30 days. Click the dates at the top to pick another range.
Click Export in the top right corner to download a report as a CSV.
