Order print marketing materials from Print Shop

Print Shop is where you design and order printed marketing for your restaurant, in Marketing › Print Shop in your Owner Dashboard. You pick a format, a goal, and an on-brand design, and Owner prints your order and ships it to you.

What you can order

You can order the formats below. Exact sizes and options for each item show in Print Shop when you set up your order.

Format

Size

Notes

Posters

18" × 24"

Table tents

5" × 7" folded

Flyers

4" × 6"

Stickers

3" × 3", circle

Promo Cards

3.375" × 2.125"

The thickness of a credit card. See the Promo Cards section below.

Gift cards

3.375" × 2.125"

Owner POS customers only.

Kiosk posters

18" × 24"

The same physical product as a poster. For brands with a kiosk only.

Gift cards and kiosk posters only appear if you have that hardware, so most brands see five formats in What you can make, and a brand with Owner POS and a kiosk sees all seven.

ℹ️ Note: You can't upload your own PDF or design file. Every piece starts from an Owner template, but you can change the look and wording of a design in Print Shop.

Place an order

Every order starts from New order in Print Shop. You choose a format, a goal, and a design, then check out.

Start a new order

  1. In your Owner Dashboard, go to Marketing › Print Shop.

  2. Click New order.

  3. Pick your format from the table above.

  4. Pick a Campaign purpose. This sets where the QR code on the printed piece sends your guests.

Choose a campaign purpose

Every design carries a QR code. The goal you pick decides where it sends a guest who scans it. There are five goals:

  • Grow your marketing list: Signs guests up to hear from you.

  • Drive online orders: Brings guests to your menu with a discount. This one goal covers both first-time and returning guests.

  • Drive app downloads: Sends guests to download your app.

  • Promote catering: Links to your catering menu.

  • Collect Google reviews: Asks guests to leave a Google review.

Choose your offer

If you pick Drive online orders, you'll also choose an offer under Your offer. You have these options:

  • Two presets: One aimed at first-time guests and one at repeat customers, sized to your cuisine.

  • Use your own coupon: Feature one of your existing brand-level coupons instead, dollar-off or percentage. It's preloaded into every design.

Choose a design

Print Shop shows you six designs: three ready-made templates and three generated for your brand. To adjust a generated design, type what you want in the Tweak box, for example "make the colors brighter." Click Generate more for three fresh options.

Finish your order

  1. Pick or adjust a design.

  2. Choose the quantity.

  3. Confirm the shipping address.

  4. Click Place order.

Your $50 first-order credit

Every brand gets $50 off its first Print Shop order, once per brand. It isn't only for new restaurants. If you've been live a while and never ordered, it's still there.

A green $50 off your first order banner shows in Print Shop until the credit has been used. It works on any format.

Most restaurants spend it during setup on 25 table tents, which the credit covers in full, so the order total comes to $0. Your launch specialist can place that order with you, and you can pick a different format if table tents aren't right for you. You can also keep the credit and spend it yourself on your first order instead.

ℹ️ Note: Promo Cards don't use up the credit. The cards you get at launch are ordered separately, and ordering more of them doesn't spend your $50.

Delivery, tracking, and billing

Owner prints your order and ships it to you. Allow up to 6 business days. No signature is needed on delivery.

Track your order

You can track Promo Cards and gift cards yourself.

  1. Go to Marketing › Print Shop.

  2. Open your order history.

  3. Open the order. A tracking number appears there once it ships.

Posters, table tents, flyers, and stickers can't be tracked from your Dashboard. If more than 6 business days have passed, contact Owner support.

Billing

Paid orders are charged at brand level to your default card on file, as a one-time invoice. If you have several locations, you can't choose which location's card is charged.

Promo Cards

Promo Cards are physical cards you hand out with orders or in store. Each one looks and feels like a gift card, carries an offer, and has a QR code that opens a sign-up page branded for your restaurant. They bring the guests who order in person into your marketing and loyalty, instead of letting them leave with just a receipt.

  • The default offer is $10 off a $30 order. Neither the discount nor the minimum can be changed.

  • The discount is limited to one per account, tied to the guest's email and phone number.

  • Any guest can redeem, new or returning. Guests who sign up get reminder emails and texts nudging them to use the offer.

  • Promo Cards are not currently available for brands in Canada.

Your first 100 cards at launch

During setup you'll complete Confirm branding, where you approve your logo and confirm your brand color. Finishing that step automatically orders 100 Promo Cards for every location you have at that point, at no cost to you. They ship to each location's address on file, and you don't need to place an order.

⚠️ Opening a location later? The automatic order only covers the locations you had when you completed Confirm branding. A location you add afterward will not receive cards on its own, so contact Owner support and we'll get them ordered for you.

Order more cards

Ordering more cards yourself is a paid order. In Print Shop, you can reorder in quantities of 100, 250, 500, or 1,000. The price per card drops as the quantity goes up, and you'll see the print cost, shipping, and total before you confirm.

You can reorder the standard design as it is, or adjust the look and wording the way you would any other print material. The offer stays $10 off a $30 order either way. You pay only when you order the cards yourself in Print Shop, or when you change the design.

✅ Tip: Want more cards in the standard design? Ask Owner support first. They can place that order for you at no cost.

How guests redeem the offer

  1. The guest scans the QR code on the card.

  2. They land on your website and enter their name, email, and phone number.

  3. They receive the $10 off by email and text.

⚠️ The QR code does not add the discount to the cart by itself. The guest has to click the button in the email they receive, or add the offer at checkout.

If a guest is stuck, they can log in and enter the code SAVEDIRECT. This is the question your staff will be asked most often, so it's worth knowing.

Ordering Promo Cards also adds a campaign called 🌟 Promo Cards to your Automated Marketing dashboard. It appears on its own, so you don't need to set it up. Guests who sign up through a card enter that campaign and get reminder emails about 7 days apart until they use the credit. Then the reminders stop.
