Catering orders are always scheduled ahead of time. You set two timing options for your catering menu in your catering settings: minimum lead time (the soonest a guest can order) and maximum order window (the farthest ahead a guest can order).

Minimum lead time
Minimum lead time is the soonest a guest can place a catering order before their pickup or delivery time.
Example: If your minimum lead time is 24 hours and a guest orders at 8am Tuesday, the soonest they can schedule is 8am Wednesday.
Limits:
Minimum: 0 hours (no notice needed)
Maximum: 720 hours (30 days)
ℹ️ Note: The minimum lead time also sets the "How much advance notice is required?" answer on your catering page FAQ. Set it to 0 and the answer says you don't require notice. To control all of the catering FAQ answers, see Set up your catering page FAQ.
Maximum order window
Maximum order window is the farthest ahead a guest can place a catering order. It sets how many days in advance guests can schedule.
Limits:
Minimum: 1 day
Maximum: 60 days
