Owner keeps your restaurant's info the same on Google, Yelp, Apple Maps, and 50+ other sites. Update your info once in your Owner Dashboard, and Owner sends it everywhere for you.
What Owner keeps in sync
When guests look you up, they see the same info everywhere:
Your restaurant name, address, and phone number
Your hours, including holiday hours and closures
Your menu, with links to order online
Your website
To change any of these, update them in Settings in your Owner Dashboard, like Hours or Location details. Owner sends the change to every site.
How long updates take
Owner sends your changes right away, and almost always within 24 hours. After that, Google and the other sites decide when to show them. That can take a few minutes or several days.
Fix a listings alert
If something stops your listings from syncing, you'll see an alert on Home in your Owner Dashboard or Owner App. Click Fix and follow the steps.
You're not set up for SEO success: Owner needs access to your Google Business Profile. See Add Owner as a manager of your Google Business Profile.
Improve your SEO: verify your Google Business Profile: Google hasn't verified your profile yet. Choose how you'd like to verify, and follow Google's steps.
Owner can't update your Google Business Profile: another company already manages your listings. See the next section.
If another company manages your listings
Owner syncs your listings through a service called Yext. If another company already has a Yext listings service for you, they need to cancel it before Owner can take over.
On the Owner can't update your Google Business Profile alert, click Fix.
Send the ready-made cancellation message to your current provider by email, or copy it. Don't know who they are? Click I don't know who my provider is.
After you send it, click I've sent the email.
Cancellations usually take 1 to 3 business days. After that, Owner starts syncing your listings again on its own.
Apple Maps
Owner sends your info to Apple Maps too. Apple can take several days to update it.
✅ Tip: Need a quick fix on Apple Maps? You can edit your listing yourself in Apple Business Connect.
